Looks like my phone kind of distorted the colors... for now let's just imagine that her fur (and hoodie) are slightly less blue.
This is the first time I do one of this so have mercy on me, please, excuse my english and my terribly done character description ;_;

Personality
Shine is a kind-hearted, polite, expressive, agile girl, she is an active person but at the same time a little bit lazy, you either see her jogging around a park or slacking off on a bench in the park; she (usally) likes being left alone, if you ask her for a favor she might complain little bit at first, (just a tired sounding grunt lol) but after that she'll do you the favor with no problem at all (well, it also depends what you asking her to do, she might complain more if it's something she really doesn't want/like to do lol), she'd say something along the lines of: "uuughh...*silence*...*closes eyes for a moment*...*sigh*...okay *gets up*; what ever you are saying or happening in the moment she can say something funny out of it (joke or comeback (just like her dad uwu)), it makes her happy when people laugh at her jokes/comebacks; Shine doesn't like too laid back/carefree people they get on her nerves; she is an even-tempered person but when someone makes her lose her composure she can be quite frightening (because of the electricity); she will always stand up for those who can't stand up for themselves and she'll go out of her way to make sure her closest friends and family are okay.

HER BANGS ARE NOT LIKE AMY'S, they aren't pointing forward they're like to the side (See here )
Her hair (as you can see) is very short; her hairstyle is similar to Tangle's, but not as fluffy.
That white stripe is on both sides of her pants/shorts(?); under her hoodie she has a black tank top, it also has white stripes on both sides; those black things on her arms, that look like sleeves, are actually sweatbands.
Her tail it's a little bit longer compared to other hedgehogs. (Click here to see the color palette!)

Abilities Info
Shine has a pretty good grasp on electrokinesis, she can use her hand as a taser (doing the peace/victory sign lol), electrify the terrain, manipulate the electricity around her, etc. (her dad (Electro) has all of this abilities and moar) Her irides glow when she uses her electrokinesis. Her telekinesis needs A LOT of practice, she can bearly lift a apple lol and her telepathy needs practice as well, she can only recive messages.
Thanks to her ability clairsentience, Shine can feel other people's feelings; for her ability to work she needs to put her hand in some place in the person's body (preferebly forehead, back or hand), close her eyes and focus, she needs to conect with the person's psyche to feel what they're going through; after doing this she might feel really down, sad, gloomy, etc. But she can easily snap out of it, but if she felt someone with really negatives feelings she won't be able to get rid of them that easily, she'll need her mom (Lauryn) to cleanse her psyche from the outsider feeling; she rarely uses this ability.

She likes: Exercise, dance (maybe some random choreography that she likes), kick boxing, her bed lol, plushies, cute/cool stuff, hanging out in the junkyard, her family lives somewhere close to a junkyard and she tends to hang out there, sometimes she goes with her dad to find stuff he can repair and give a good use to; she also loves chao, she finds them adorable.

-Her tail can move like a cat's tail (but not too much, since it's short compared to a cat one)
-Favourite food: French fries/strawberry ice cream
