Description
A lil background: so in this AU, Cyrus and Brune have to send their daughter, Helka, away after Cyrus's vampire rival, Andrei, attempts to kill her. They thought that the guy had scuttled away after the last encounter they had but he had been biding his time and waiting to make another strike at the family. Helka lives with her big brother Max (who is about 17 when he has to take care of his baby sister) in the city and is only able to come home to her parents when she's about eight or nine after Andrei and another threat--vampire hunter Albert Holst--are dealt with.
Cyrus, for one, is very happy to dote on his little girl (he and Brune had a daughter beforehand but she was killed by vampire bride Sibyl when she was four).
I've been experimenting with trying to figure out a good lineless style and this was my latest attempt! Got a backlog of stuff I'll be uploading on here today, most (if not all) relating to this AU!
