I love her so much. She has such a great aura around her. I'm in the retro mood & wanted to practice on hair & expression here. I was attempting, overall, to get as detailed as I possibly could.Here is a link to the 3 WIPs [link]

This is a very good drawing of Twiggy. Her hair and eyes are great! The sweater details are also very well done. I see that you have the same issue that I have by leaving smudge marks throughout the drawing. I've been trying very hard to alleviate doing that by starting with the eyes and then from left to right (I'm right handed) and always keep a piece of paper or tissue under my hand when drawing. The toning of her face could have been more blended. But this is really a great drawing of Twiggy. I was in high school, I think, when she was famous. Don't tell anyone how old I must be.

Oh that's a great idea about the tissue paper! I put a piece of paper on the parts I've already drawn, but since I used charcoal AND pencil, it still smudges. SO frustrating. Erasers do nothing for it once its smudged
