Description
Yes, I'm super inspired by the Evil Saga again ;___;Don't be fooled by the dress, that's our beloved shota Len kun
I should have finished this thing since...two months ago but things happened all the time. Anyhow, I got sometimes off today and finish it
I'm annoyed at that crumbling parts at the down, left corner. My maid just decided to clean my table without authorization and shaaaaaa, it was ripped a bit too ;___; and I was about...80% done. So I lost my inspiration for that last two months D:
I hate people cleaning my desk even though it looks just like another trash can.
School is digging me a grave y'know. And since I have advance classes, I literally had to go to school on Saturday (fml)
I'll stop rambling!
Go ahead and enjoy~~

Can I ask a question? How have you done the sparkling, glare, light effect on it? Was that digital? I've been trying it in watercolor pencils but it doesn't give that much brightness.

The lighting is fixed with photoshop
I don't think you can make such brightness unless you are quite precise with your coloring
Otherwise, just make the light or sparkling part contrast more with the background. I think that would do the trick

Oh I see. I saw some artist use the white gouache thing. And it looks whiter than the regular paper. That can do the brightness but yeah you have the sparkles so I wondered. Haha. I was wondering if I can do the few easy digital effects traditionally. For awesome's sake.

I never heard about the white gouache thing but isn't it oil paint or some kind of watercolor? I'm not too familiar with these. Keep on trying different techniques and see which will come out best or learn how to control water. I wish I can do cool effects with my color pencils too but it doesn't seem possible for me. lol.

Well the thing is, I dunno. But I use Fabre-Castell Watercolor PENCILS. When you apply water to it, it turns to paint. So, not much adjustment of water. I apply color pencil techniques on my works and just water it for finishing touch. Watercolors are way too expensive and easy to run out. I don't want to run at the mall everytime it runs out. But I'll buy anything that can make the light effects. Like for making stars at night themed drawings. Or to make the sun and background brighter than paper. If you can see my Your Disney Princess work it sucked. I want to make the center part brighter cause they were like taking pictures while looking down at the camera. But. hahaha. Failed. Any ideas?
And thank you so much for replying. These kind of conversations really help.

I think that maybe poster color works too if you know how to use it properly. I use it to add highlights on my works too but it never turns out as good after scanning. No matter how good your artwork is, I think it will lose its color after scanning. So even if it seems like cheating, photoshop or some digital program is actually needed to restore or edit some parts. Even the best artist out there in dA use some digital program to fix lightly. It's nothing to be afraid of

Hah. I actually don't know how to use photoshop. Hahahahahah! But well yeah. Sure I'll try it once I got one. But what I am thinking is when I show the people my works in real life. Not relying to computer at all. But hey, at least you've given ideas. Thank you! Really.

Hhaha you're welcome!
Photoshop is actually very easy. If you are free then just find a random picture from the internet and try out random buttons. You can ask Mr.Google for certain effects. It's not hard at all so try it out
