It's the ocean, but at this place the water is very shallow, you could walk for an half hour without getting more than your knees wet.

If the environment, atmosphere etc is VERY still and unchanging, you could scare everyone silly with a double exposure image,.. if you're not sure how to do them, you should get enough in formation on the net on how to do it, that'd be another of your creepy style images,. it could be pretty good. No way of knowing until its been done I suppose.
