EDIT on 06/07/2015This deviation is one of my oldest ones ( 8 years old !) and I couldn't delete it because I still like it.
However, the drawing was old looking and the grammar horrible.
That's why I made a choice and redrew it. Basically, that's the same drawing, really.
The FFMQL logo is also mine. I did it 6 years ago for my other account at the time MysticQuestDataBase .

The scene is nearly the same in the game. Tristam never forgets the importance of money. Never.
But it's a funny character, I love him !

Oh yes, FFMQ has always been a favorite game of mine. I've probably played and beaten it at least OVER 9000 Times. I also make fan made RPGs in which I use music from Mystic Quest. Most notably the songs from the Volcano and Doom Castle.

Oh yes, I think he's the only boss that can die by using Cure magic on him. XD Even though He's rather easy without exploiting that glitch.

^^ I love MQ musics, and there are some cool remix on the OST ^^ The music from the Doom castle is my favourite. I'm still playing FFMQ, when I feel nostalgic. Dark King dies, again and again lol I don't know how many times.

Je pense refaire une ou deux petites bd pour les expliquer d'ailleurs : Kaeli est-elle au courant que Trsitan était prêt à la laisser mourir, juste parce qu'il voulait son argent ? XD
