"My poor friend's face had suddenly assumed the most dreadful expression. His eyes rolled upwards, his features writhed in agony, and with a suppressed groan he dropped on his face upon the ground. Horrified at the suddenness and severity of the attack, we carried him into the kitchen, where he lay back in a large chair, and breathed heavily for some minutes."My entry for the big project over at I just thought the idea of Watson fussing over a fainted Holmes would be fun.
I don't even know why, but this felt so much more difficult than I thought it would be. There's still so much wrong with it, but it's done now. Hopefully my next attempt for the project will be better.

That is pretty funny that he's told Watson that it's easy to fake that. The idea that he's done that in other situations is highly hilarious.

Okay, so I'm basically going through all your stuff now. Twice Sherlock Holmes things so far, and this is amazing. One of my favorite parts of that story. And then there's Irvine and Tex... I absolutely adore your style.

Hee hee. Yeah, I really enjoyed reading this part too. I mean, when you think he's really sick you just want to hug him and tell him to stop pushing himself, and when you find out he's just faking, my sympathy at least went immediately to Watson instead. XD One of my favorite stories at any rate.
