Heya this is my first ever comment but I just really had to say something about this. I think it's a little odd and disconcerting that you've got a completely new base shape for each step. It doesn't really help a new artist to learn in steps if each one contains something they'd have to start from scratch to imitate x_x
I mean I think your clothing is awesome and I wish I was as good at drawing as you are, but I just think this tutorial could be a lot more helpful if you did have consistent steps that a newbie can actually copy for practice.

I've always really liked these types of folds you do, in your dresses you know? So detailed, so...hard XD -shot- haha. But these have really been helping me out yea. -huggles- your such an awesome friend X3
