this is real nice, but the blood looks kind of flat compared to the rest of the image - there's some good tutorials on renderosity for creating blood in photoshop.
Other than that, I like it a lot. The pose, her expression - very well done.
On another note, your renders could benefit with the use of USMP - here's a [link] . It gives the skin a very soft, silky appearance, check out this render [link] for a good example.
USMP is a free utility, and it works wonders!
