I've been trying to get this in DA for 3 days! GAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Seems its finaly worked...
Anyway, this is my third year film from Uni.
All done in Flash and animated over about 7 months.
Its a lot less story driven than my last film, and more about creating a lot of variety in animation to put in my showreel.
Incase you can't tell its about a video game character and the tials she has to go through just to do everyday things.
Big up to for doing most of the backgrounds.

Very cute! Lexi is a fun character, with a fun personality. I love seeing how she reacts to all of the different situations in the world around her.
The animation is very smooth and the designs are great. It all has a nice sense of energy to it, and is paced nicely...It's not too crazy and frantic, but it is very energetic and is a blast to follow along with.
I like the direction of it, with how close shots focus on Lexi as something exciting happens, then we pan out to see how truly exciting the scene is. Or how when she rides the creature for a minute, the direction and camera angles are more dynamic, to imply it's a good idea, but then the more static side-view shot of her actually riding it reflects and coincides with her nonplussed expression after she realizes how lame and disappointing it is.
It's a really cute little film! And looks very polished and professional. You guys did a great job. : )
