The second piece from my Creative Perspective class--the challenge was to do two full-page spreads in (subtle) fisheye. The concept for this one was a lot more fun, though of course my skill in execution is nowhere where I imagined the original idea to be, hahaha--I wanted to have this really fun kinda shantytown built on an old oil rig.This one's a bit of a mess; I inked it by hand but then tweaked a lot of things digitally (and added in the birds, my favorite part lol, go figure), but, hey, I still kinda like it, so.

But hahahah, thanks!! The weird bendy effect (fisheye) is tricky to pull off sometimes, but when you do it it makes a piece so much cooler-!!

I sketched it out digitally, printed light lines onto paper and drew with a pen until I almost ran out, lmao, th-that's all...
The fisheye is what makes the pan looks successful!!! XDDDDD Th-that's all, I swear, pahahahah!!
