One of my favorite characters is back!!!! YEAH!!!! I was really disappointed when they "killed" him awhile back. But he has finally returned. This isn't how he came back but thought it was fitting for the occassion
Still working on that 5,000 hit pick. Just need some references 
Don't like how his hands came out. I'll probably draw them differently next time

i cant believe they resurrected him. i mean, hes my fave as well, but seriosuly. their ressurection rate is ridiculous. only like, four poeple who died stayed dead out of 50 years or so. love the drawing. really sweet. i love how you do the 'shinys'.

I usually draw like 2 sets of lines that follows the shape of an object to make it look shiny. And I sometimes make the lines thicker around the curved areas even breaking it up at times. For Colossus, he already has lines that crosses his body. So I draw one set of the lines along his body but stop each line before the line that crosses his body. Just keep them flowing in the same direction. I hope you understand what I mean. Maybe if enough people is interested. I could draw it up and show you what I mean.

the hands look fine to me. Colossus is one of my favorites too and i was also pissed when he died cuz i mean they bring back everyone else but not the super badass organic steel russian thats crazy (thank god they came to their senses).i think ur style is better then most of the guys marvel had draw x-men

Thanks, yeah the crazy Russian thing wasn't really good for him. I'd love to draw the X-Men one day but I need to do a lot more sequentials for that to happen.

Comics just wouldn't be the same without Colossus. He's just too much of a bad ass. His hands don't look too bad. They're slightly wonky but they can be overshadowed by the awesomeness of your drawing skills. The lineart alone is just so clean. I don't really remember exactly how he died...Something about a sacrifice...it was news to me when I read it on either some deviation or comment here on DA...

He died by injecting the cure for the legacy virus into him and activating it by transforming which would result in his "death" Something I might draw later

Sweet, man! I'd really love to see you draw it considering I missed the issue and all. Colossus has always been cool. Everyone is too busy worshipping other X-Men: Gambit, Wolverine, Cyclops...hell even Nightcrawler. Colossus has always been cooler than what people made him out to be, in my opinion. Anyway...I'll shut up. How did he come back?

He died by injecting a the legacy virus cure into himself but to make it work, he had to transform and during the process and die. Think I might draw that scene sometime, didn't like how it was drawn originally.
