Description
Did some stuff to the torso since last time. I reshaped the belt/purple armor piece in general, lowering it, making it more thin. I put the side skirt armor pieces on GI joe general purpose elastic straps, so they hug against the legs when you're posing it. I made the center skirt armor on a double balljoint, with a peg that slides the lower balljoint up and down. And I replaced the torso's single balljoint with a double.Old information:
"Made it so that the gauntlets attach with a little socket inside, making them much higher and much easier to swap out. I also removed the figuarts type 2 hip joints and put in a simple, POM pin, and lowered it."

Huge improvements, especially on the claws which I find incredibly frustrating.
I find too often that his right hand pops out with even the slightest twist of the claw and it's very difficult to pose - and yet by comparison his left hand is just fine. Don't know if that's just an issue with mine or an overlooked design flaw :/

I'd say it's yours, I recall the hands always being a bit difficult to pop up.

Good stuff! From owning that figure myself, I can definitely say that what you've done are improvements. Looks a lot better proportioned this way!

Thanks. I don't understand why theirs had so many obvious problems, but when they announced there was a renewal I was excited for, you know, an actual resculpt. But instead, we get a recolor that really doesn't look too appealing at all.
