I believe it was one of the vehicles from those older click-base game pieces, they're similar to the halo action clicks but I think it was the company that did the mechwarrior ones.

I actually used one of the wing joints on an old Wing Zero figure for the cannon, and the barrel was an actual barrel on a tallgeese sniper.
