Artist's Note: You may have noticed but I've touched up Red and Blue's fighting pantaloons to have their colored sashes. I'll try to update the previous two arts to reflect this change.

Round 3 begins and Red and Blue both keep each other's pace. Dancing around the ring with jabs, hooks and uppercuts to each other's bodies. Red has the disadvantage of being a bit bigger so Blue easily landed some clean hits on him. However the red squirrel's evasive footwork helped him dodge plenty of potential blows and stroke a couple of hard hitting punches to Blue's face.

The two came to the middle of the ring again and took a brief pause to exchange hard looks on each other. The boxers readied their fists again nodding at each other seemingly understanding their intentions. The two launched their fists at moment's glance and multiple punches were exchanged between them; they were having a slugfest.

Blue's hard punches were beginning to take a toll on Red's stamina as the squirrel less and less countered every blow. He had no choice but to throw himself at the lizard and hold onto him for a clinch. Blue taking advantage of Red's decision decides to also rest up a bit. The two fighters stayed in the middle holding each other by the waist with their heads resting at each other's shoulders. Blue however not having taken much damage in the round, decides to launch an initiative and broke the clinch by giving a sharp hook to Red's left rib. The two boxers broke apart at that moment and before Red could recover his fighting stance, the blue lizard lays a hard jab right onto Red's face. Red manages to get caught through the ropes and before Blue could punish him some more, the bell rings, ending the 3rd round.
