As Grand King Ghidorah started to loose interest in Mothra, Adult Junior arrived on the scene, followed closely by Balkzarden and Jyarumu, and the three of them went to kill the massive space demon. This was enough time for Mothra to charge through the sky, turning into Aqua Mothra, Leo Mothra, Rainbow Mothra, and then finally, Light Speed Mothra, vanishing into the air.
