Found this in a store today. I'm not sure if it's a knock off, or if pirates decided that Hulk would look great in Spidey's suit
.It came with an audio chip, but it was broken (it was probably one of those screechy ones, anyway). The box was opened and then resealed with a stapler, so who knows what tampering happened here.
Spider-Hulk (probably) belongs to Marvel/Disney.

I found this figure on Ebay, or some that look like it at least, and it looks like it is from a different line of Spider-man toys. I don't know how it ended up in that box, but they are going for a pretty penny on Ebay.

Given some of the knock-offs that you have encountered this could have easily been one of them, though in this case it was actually a version of Spider-man from that particular story. There was also the Hulked Out Heroes event a few years back where a lot of Marvel characters temporarily became Hulks though I'm not sure if Peter was one of them this time. It also looks as though Spidey's costume must incorporate some unstable molecules as it really should have torn entirely to shreds and unlike with Bruce it's not as though they were oversized to begin with like the purple pants. I'm sure you'll have some fun with Spider-Hulk though and probably find some way to use him to torment Logan.

The toy does have rather nicely sculpted toes, so that is always a plus. The hands, however, are a mess, though that probably won't stop Spider-Hulk from giving Logan a big hug.
