Description
Chibi Maquesta Kar-Thon and Bas Ohn-Koraf. Took me a while to draw this, I can't tell you how many times I kept redrawing that one arm of his. His pants are messed up too, eck. But Maq came out great, it was my first time drawing her.I like the book Maquesta Kar-Thon, I will admit, it's one of my favorite Dragonlance Books (Along with Draconian Measures and Kaz the Minotaur). It's one of the few books you can read out side the series and understand it completely. And it doesn't rely on Kender to get readers. I think it's out of print, and that's a bech.

Excellent drawing Margolo, although I thought Krynnish minotaurs had feet as opposed to hooves (Knaak posted an article about it somewhere...). Still it's an excellent drawing.

I think it varies between authors, I know with Jean Rabe and most other authors Minotaurs have hoofed feet, and other other authors say minotaurs have longated tarsal joints (giving them bent legs), and other authors (Knaak and Don Perrin) minotaur's have feet.
There was a really, really good article I read back sometime where someone (a fan) took the time to figure out what minotaur's had, and it came to them having hooves for feet. The original cover for Kaz the Minotaur, he has feet, on the cover of Land of the Minotaur's they have hoofs for feet, and Reavers of the Dead Sea the Minotaurs have the beastial, bent legs. Basically the person was decided and somewhat scientifically what would be the best for Minotaurs.
It came down to the hooves for feet which would be considered both feet and hooves as well enable better movement and height than the bent legs, as well as most authors write with Minotaur's have hooves.
I can't find it currently other than forums with discussions about it. This was a few years ago, but honestly I think it does depend on the author, it's even possible since it hasnt been specified that feet are just one of the many genetic varieties of Minotaurs.
Thanks for the favs and the link for the story. I read too much....
