Ink drawing based on a picture of one of my all-time favorite authors, Charles Bukowski.I think this came out pretty well. Comments welcome.

I've never heard of him, but anyways ..I do like the expression and detail of the weathered lines in his face. This tends to remind me of old photographs taken of Native Americans, which I like to look at because their faces seem to have such character to them.

Thank you. He was pretty much an underground writer who wrote about the seedier side of life...gambling, drinking, carousing....so I loved him of course!
