Well I guess this is a series now. Another ink drawing of some very famous cartoon birds (or at least once famous).Can you name them all? A no-prize to those who can!
Obviously this is just a tribute to some great cartoon characters owned by powerful and lawyerful companies who would never think to litigate against a small timer like me....right?
I'll post a better picture when I get the chance.
Also a shout out to Fiction Art Wing....drawing ducks is hard!! lol

Not as easy as I make it seem, huh?
Anyway, since some of my best friends are birds (lol), I may as well give this one a shot...
Rocky, Donald, Chicken, Tweety, Gonzo, Henery the Chicken Hawk, Chicken Little, Quacker, Woody Woodpecker, Duckman, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Woodstock, err..uh..one of the birds from The Three Caballeros, Big Bird, Howard the Duck, Owl, Darkwing Duck, Egghead Jr., Toucan Sam, Opus, Chilly Willy, Daffy, Sonny, Roadrunner (almost didn't see him there..), Scrooge McDuck, Dr. Finklestein, Nigel, Heckle and Jeckle...
Wow, this one was tough!! I had nearly forgotten about some of these guys!
You could've put the Mexican crows Jose and Manuel too...

Cool! And now I can confess....I didn't even know all of their names! I knew that was the guy from chicken run (rocky I guess?)...and all I knew was chicken hawk. Who is quacker? Is that the little fella behind Tweety? Becaue if so I was trying to draw another guy whose name I already forgot but he is a hann barbera bird I think. I can't remember the 3 caballeros guy's name but its something like pablo or pancho or something.
Now here's who I couldn't fit it: Happy Feet. Daisy (I just realized today that I haven't drawn any females). Valiant.
Drawing birds was harder for some reason. Plus this has the most characters by far.
I think Mice may be next if I can think of enough of them.

Yeah, Quacker is the little guy behind Tweety, if I'm not mistaken. He was in a few Tom&Jerry toons, and had a rather suicidal tendency, if I remember right.. Even as a kid I was like "wow, that little duck's messed up!"
Mumble is the name of the little penguin from Happy Feet. And wow, Valiant... completely forgot about him.. and don't forget Webby..she hung out with Donald's nephews on the show DuckTales.
I actually thought about doing something like this pic but with only ducks.. most of the list consisted of birds related to Donald Duck though, so meh...
And I, too, started thinking about mice, figuring that you'd do a pic with them!

I didn't even mess with the Mighty Ducks either. I really don't know them. I just looked up that little fella and the name was Yakky Doodle...no lie! At least that's what the pic said. I could maybe have fit Mumble next to Tweety on the other side but he would have to be small. Oh and the caballero bird is Panchito. I just checked.Ther's also some bird named Quack Up Duck too. I don't remember him so I left him out.
I missed a few dogs too....Muttley and Augie Dog (and Daddy Dog). You would recognize them if you saw them.
I wasn't really trying to draw EVERY cartoon when I started this but now its got a life of its own!
I might need help with the mice and rats pic. Let you know.

I have no idea. I just realized today how sexist I have been. I haven't drawn any females! No Daisy, No Minnie, No what's her name. I might have to rectify this.
