Ink drawing based on a picture of scary actor R. Lee Ermey as he looked in the amazing war movie "Full Metal Jacket." For my money, that is still the coolest war movie ever made.Any way, he was pretty damn scary in that role. Turns out to have had a pretty good character acting career.

Yes, he was in his element playing that role and those like it. I have always liked that movie, too.
As always, I love all the detail that you put into your drawings like this.
Although, this tends to remind me of Gene Hackman for some reason .. and I think the hat brim should have extended out past the drawing frame.
But I still like what you've done, Luis .. excellent work by you, my friend!

You are the first person to point out how screwed up the hat is! I had a helluva time with the hat...tried to recover and lost track of where I was as usual. I like the drawing but the hat is whack!
