Ink drawing based on an assortment of pictures of famous cartoon dogs.So many lawsuits....so little time.
Obviously this is just my tribute to some of the great dogs in history. There's 24 of them I think. Can you name them all?
Maybe there should be a contest? What do you think?
Have I left any majors out?
I apologize for the crappy photo. The drawing is too big for my scanner. I will take a better picture tomorrow if there's sunlight.
Let me tell you...this one was tough. So many opportunities for my shaky hand to blotch nasty ink in the wrong places...so I am pretty proud of this one.

Heh. I goofed and put in Stimpy instead of Ren. I have a newer version that I haven't posted yet that nclude's Ren in the background.

Oh yeah...the Spurs are going to win it all again this year! Mark my words! We destroyed Dallas and Portland the last two nights without Tim Duncan and manu Ginobilli! A very good sign!

Mason and Hill and Bonner are great for starters or great off the bench. I just hope Kurt Thomas and Michael Finley have enough in the tank to get past the Suns and Lakers. The Nuggets could be trouble...hope we don't face them.

The only team that worries me is the Lakers. If we are healthy that is...not healthy and everyone scares me. But I think we have a younger better bench now. If we had had Mason and Hill last year...I think we could have compensated for Ginobilli and beaten the Lakers. We lost 4 to 1 and had big leads in 4 of the 5 games! Couldn't sustain because the bench was too old.
I can't wait for the playoffs.

You couldn't have said it better. And SA TOOK the series from NO, with everything going against the Spurs, they took it from the Hornets! Burned out the team too, in the process. They left their A game in Game 7.

Yep. But every negative we have had this year is really turning into a positive. Give me a healthy Spurs team against anyone and I will take my chances. No back to backs in the playoffs baby!

I get so sick of the "Spurs are boring" crap from the media. I hate the "celtics -lakers were the glory days" crap too. I am old enough to remember the 80's. What exactly was so exciting about the celtics? Larry Bird? boring. Kevin MacKale? boring. Robert Parrish? Give me a break. The celtics won a whole lot of championships when there were like 8 teams in the league and no free agency. Big deal. And last year they bought their championship. The Lakers stole Pau Gasol in a deal that stinks to high heaven.
The Spurs have won with stars they primarily drafted.
We can play up-tempo or play the half court game. We can out-score you or shut you down. We lost to Dallas in 2006 in OT in game 7 (I was there unfortunately) and lost to Lakers on a miracle shot by Derek (I hate his guts) Fisher with .4 seconds to go in 2004 (I still don't think catching and shooting a shot in .4 seconds is possible). Otherwise we might have won 5 rings in a row! And last year wthout the Gasol theft maybe we win six (the celtics are just as old as us and i think we would have beat them in 7).
We aren't thugs, rap stars, rapists or glory hounds.
We are the San Antonio freakin Spurs. Give us some respect!

You said it all.
The Spurs are not, objectively or factually, boring. They are boring to the media in that they don't get arrested often, show up their opponent, talk trash, or behave like idiots in general. Their style of play is just perfectly fine, and better than teams that score 150 and give up 151!
