I recently finished the show, and I loved it! Despite its appearance, it actually has some deep elements regarding Japanese work culture and envirement. Its a very relateble show.
As for the picture itself, I think it looks great! Like the actual Retsuko, she looks pretty innoscent, yet you can imagine her going on a death metal rampage.
Do you plan on doing any other characters of the show? Like Haida or Fenneko?

The show aired around last year or 2016 but only in Japan. I'm just disappointed that it got popular just through Netflix . I guess it is the only way.
The same goes for Devilman Crybaby. The Story of Devilman is very popular for a long time but not many people noticed it until it came on Netflix.
