Well, if nobody else has, I'll contribute the obligatory Python quote:
"Werl, what bloody fish 'ave you got that isn't jugged?"
"Rabbit."
"Wot, rabbit fish?"
"Werl, it's got fins......"

I'd love these bunnies over at the aquarium
I don't often see rabbit chimaeras, and I like nautoli, so my vision is tickled!

Great presentation! I love the rich bronze browns and the little shell pieces, that give it such a random and "found" look.

thanks, Elly! i wanted the frame to look like a sea-littered beach to fit the marine/terrestrial theme of the drawings...

Aw... Grace gets the gift... but we still get to enjoy it! I love the triptych idea... I mean, I love each individual piece, but mounted and framed so elaborately, this "nevolution" piece is elevated to a true icon status!

it's mde for bunnies by bunnies to offset oversweetening. but you can have some too. (warning: take too much of it any you'll wake up in a haypile with long ears it could happen )

thanks, Rodney!it is a shadowbox made of masonite, then i took a premade wooden frame for the cap and covered it with pumice gel (for a sandy effect) and added hot glue veins (for kind of a seaweed/root effect) and covered it with seashells that i smashed with a hammer. the whole thing was then painted black and drybrushed bronze.
smashing the shells was the fun part
