Description last in the series...actually, i forgot to mention before- these 3 rabbits are Edward(the fantail goldfish), Edie(the seahorse) and Emily(the chambered nautilus), the fluffies who live here.
i have a frame for them, i have to shadowbox it and mount them in...i'll submit the final triptych after i finally get around to completing presentation.
inner panel 5 x 7", pen & ink on paper handmade by ~GraceWillard out of timothy hay(rabbit food...yes, it's no mistake)

Fabulous drawing technique. I'm amazed how the tail-fin manages to look transparent, yet mirrors the fine line-work of the head-fur. This is a really cool set!

Yeah, but with the many tones in the paper there should be a lot of matte-boards to pick from... Fun!

I like the other two a bit better, but the combination here is still pretty good, and the transition's nice, too. Freshwater swimmybunny.

Love the way you drew the fantail part of the animal. Ok, I'm biased since i have one of those . But your drawings are sincerely awesome, wish i could draw animals that well.

I'll just put some food on the aquarium glass and he will sit tight underneath it *evul grin*, well it could work lol. But you're right pictures would be the best, but he's hard to catch with the camera as well, the bugger.

This is what geneticists do in the lab when they are bored and can't be bothered to get on with their proper work. Make bunniefish and duckfrogs. (And mice with enormous human ears on their backs- which according to Bill Bailey the other mice fill like to with cheese and use as a mobile buffet) [link]

really? i figured they used them to get satellite reception...if you made a million of them they could be wired together with yarn and used for s.e.t.i.

the details are so well done. the scales and fins blow me away. i have to say the paper is gorgeous but the border sort of makes the composition a bit busy. as in, your eyes arent drawn to the details as much.

i really like the white highlights especially on the veins of the tail.

thank you! yeah, good point...the background for the finished triptych is going to be a lot simpler and more neutral...the paper i put behind these is waaay distracting....but better than the filthy inner lid of my scanner
