Thanks...you took some great pictures along the coast, there. I noticed your Aspen pix, too. If you ever get up to Wyoming and north of Jackson Hole, the Tetons are also very picturesque. Your pix make great wallpapers. But, I have always liked sunrise and sunset pix...especially over water.....must be the Aquarian in me...LOL

It's the real sky. It is, however, an HDR image made up of three shots at various shutter speeds taken in rapid succession. The shots are brought together manually in Photoshop. I've never tried any of the automatic HDR software solutions, I think it's more fun to do it this way.
