Especially Kazumi, in attempt to use him as her personal doll, & the one who messing his head + Kazama has an ill relationship with Hachijo, the one caused Mishima's downfall and inflict directly starting a war due to Jun Kazama's disappearance

Yeah, this is something Jin would do. He made it clear that he would do anything to get rid of the devil gene from existence, so I don't doubt he would kill off the one who brought it into the family to begin with...if she was still around. But at the same time, doing that would just give Kazuya another reason to go after him.
