Hi! So i colored this as well and saw you first version and was excited to see you take a fresh swing at this. This version is much improved. Her skin tones and really the tones over all are much more rich and pleasing to the eye. Its not easy to have much originality with a piece like this because the colors are so basic but i think you made an awesome attempt. Over all i see a lot of growth in your skill set in this from the last.

Now for the CC. There are two things that kind of turn me off this time. The shadow/black area that is under her is a bit black and massive and over all is heavy and distracting from how sweet and bright the rest of her is. Also the contrast of the pink on the grey is a little harsh on the eye. The color tones in the background or perhaps their level of satiation are very distracting from the foreground.

Outside of those things, and even with them, i think this is lovely work and its awesome watching someone learning like myself. Keep it up! Happy Coloring!
