I really like the sleek design, but the colors are a bit distracting.
Maybe the top one could be called the Orca, prompting ships of this design to be called "killer whales" by their adversaries.

i am currently working on the block 3 version of all these ships, so please expect the colours to change.

yer i will admit that we have all been a bit on the slow side, for me its my real life job taking up my time, by the time i get home all i want is a shower, dinner and a cuddle from the gf...lol
but i am slowly plugging away on some mk3 versions of my ships as my skills improve

Thanks glad you like them, no blueprint currently and wont be for these now as CoM is moving into 3.0, these is a lot of changes to come and i really want to try and get my work looking better, head over to madeinjapan1988 and look at his work, its awsome

not at the moment i dont, most of the battles in chronicles of man are though broadside, so just side views atm, but i will get to it at some point, but it may just be a black lined image.

That'd be cool! You could really show shipx exchanging broadsides and other weapon exchanges from above. Looks really cool imo.

And figure, too, space is a three dimensional battlespace, so not every engagement would necessarily be broadside engagements.

i know what you are saying, and i will get round to the top views, im just busy with everything else im doing atm including work and personel stuff. im sure josh (madeinjapan1988) would be happy to talk about it with you.

Being a "very quick" render these are very good. That being said I like the flow of the design, they look sleek, at the same time there seems to be little "wasted" designing if you know what I mean. No unnecessary parts added on, it's very practical. that I like.

when i say quick render i mean putting the background on and all the separate images from all three ships.
I am very glad you like them, keep an eye on me, cos i got the armoured cruiser coming very soon.

Oh I really like your stuff, it's helping me design ships for my scifi novel,1) i don't want them to be like yours via parallel evolution, and 2) it helps me make what I do have feel more... realistic... I'm very close to putting up my ship designs, i just have some things to work out first... Hmmmmm Armored Cruiser eh? this sounds very interesting!
