He's sad because it's about to rain and he'll go all squidgy.
And therefore the universe inside it's brain will reset.

This is my second proper try at vectoring! The first time i just did one colour for a logo (Rustbug insignia).
Took me a fairly long time to get the jist of it, it gets bloody frustrating at times. I used Paint Shop Pro 8, which is all i have for this kinda thing.
What annoyed me most was i didn't know how (or if it was even possible) to join two vectored shapes into one, and so i ended up with tonnes of seperate circles for the clouds.

I hope you like it! I'm quite happy with the results. I think i could get into vectoring fairly easily, now that i know the basics.
