Prefix: Hey! Thanks for viewing my old pixel art.If you like this or think it shows potential, I'd really appreciate it if you checked out some of my newer digital artwork! I feel that my pixel art gets considerably more attention than it deserves in comparison to my more recent work.
A BIG PILE OF HOT TRASH.
I started this back around the 6th of Nov 06. It's taken me this long to finally 'finish' it (including large breaks of course, some lasting months and months). I do wish i could've spent longer on it, i think. But i'm gunna move on from it now.

I've spent friggin decades on this thing!
I'm very happy with it
Suited for darker backgrounds.. duh.

14 Unique colours used.
Programs Used: MSPaint [+ Animationshop3 & Micrografx for editing colours].
Note: Since it's a png, the colours are gunna most probs be out of whack (too dark, etc). You can check out the PJ link to see the original coloured version (gif) though. (Didn't use gif here cus you'd have to download it to see, and i know that sucks).

thats utterly amazing! the fact that you can individually tell what each piece of garbage is! and the thing i find amazing is that you managed to create a dynamic and awe inspiring piece of art using nothing but the same number of colors found on the pallet of a pokemon... and yet every item seems to have a different value given your use of masterful anti-aliasing patterns!
the DD was both deserved, and correct in terms of everything they said about this!

For a moment i was like "What! Surely pokemon can't have that many colours?" then i checked and they do (the recent ones at least), if not more.

well most have like... 3-5 colors, they just need highlights shadows and even line shading... but yea they do

very poignant and majestic. it reminds me of the first level of that one earthworm jim game and the grungy feel of the artwork in the secret of evermore. the palette works very nicely with the scene.
