You are clearly not a recruit. It's fine, I know. I was confused before I became a recruit as well.
Basically, the story behind the Sky Army's hatred of squids is that during the Zombie Tech mod review SkyDoesMinecraft did, a squid captured him, put him in a cage, and then pretended to be him for the recruits. Thus, the hatred was born, and the Sky Army and Squid Army have been in constant war.
