A quick close-up from the scene I am currently working on, although the actual scene is quite different from what it may appear to be based on this image.

Laspe, this has got to be my absolute favourite of all your art work. What was your mood when you created this? So much can be said about this image, but rather than get so heavy with it, I'll just stay quiet and simply enjoy it!

I guess it all came together (along with the title) when I was adjusting her expression and stumbled into a camera angle which simply worked. So I shared, and of course the sentiment in the close-up, which wasn't even an intentional portrait, is completely different from what it is and was intended to be in the final image.

That is so awesome! I've never seen this one. I like seeing her as warrior princess like in a fantasy tale. She could be your own Princess Leia. And love that little silver guy floating there. He kind of looks like a polished MN'M dude.

That is why I named her Teia for this image, i.e. first letter in Leia substituted with first letter of her name.
The silver guy is an old DAZ emoticon re-textured, and a nod to the 3D artist who tagged me with Star Wars themed questions...

A wonderful portrait!
The quality of this picture is not only its technical part (rendering, post-processing) - which are excellent - but the way it captures a feeling and it tells a story... All the qualities of a wonderful photography!

This is one of my favorites. Cannot explain but light color all just works together so well. Small details (dust) is really the top detail!

- Base skin is this one for V6 (originally designed for 3Delight): www.daz3d.com/stella-hd-for-vi…
- The base maps were modified for Iray in accordance with this Journal: Skin Surface Settings (DAZ 4.9 - Iray - GF2) Please note that the version of DAZ Studio I am currently using is not the latest one. I believe in the most recent version some internal engine math for glossiness parameters has changed;
- She is based on GF2/V6 with various morphs from different morph packaged, which I dialed in subtly to my liking.
