Great job on the shading, and fur.
Something I might suggest is when it comes to pencil/graphite
I like to leave no paper white unless it's a highlight or some form
of bright light say from a light bulb or the sun. Primarily so that illustrated light really IS
the whitest white in the picture. though it depends on the picture as well.
So even the white should be say about only 10% at it's closest to pure white.
Something I also do for fur is do a smooth overall shading, so I'll go in, shade it, then go back over,
put in the fur, then come back and work on the details that way you have the shading down
and you wont have to worry so much about shading and detail at the same time with nothing to
see before hand. I do agree with the whisker comments. Something to help with that is you could
take a kneaded eraser and pinch it tight, and take out that fine whisker in a realistic appearance.

yeah there's quite a lot of mistakes on this piece, but i did it about 2 years ago now 
yeah i usually shade over some fur on my work now and then use a tissue to smudge parts to give a smother appearance
oh! i found a way of doing whiskers and other fly-away hairs etc in an easier way since then. basically you use the back of a paintbrush or something pointy and smooth and draw in on the paper where you want the white an then you can draw over it and because it's indented it'll stay white

Your pencil strokes are very good for the hair, it looks like real hair, differing in lengths and everything, that's something I always have a hard time with remembering when starting into a graphite drawings concerning hair!

yeah, i think next time i do a picture like this i'll do the tones and shadows first and then go over it with the details, should work out better
