Ok, first let me tell you- the head was really well done.
Further more, in my notes and suggestion below I presumed you ment this dragon to be walking on two feet, and that it should have a believeable anatomy.
Hope it helps, and here it is-

1) The balance- It doesnt look like it will be able to balance itself well. There are two main things that can improve its balance- the feet and tail. For general knowledge, someone is balance so long as its center of gravity has something to \"stand on\", generaly when its \"shdow\" fall between the oposites\\outer standing points - either between the most right side of the right foot to the most left side of the left foot, or between the toe or heel.
-So, for a big creature to be able tostand on two feet and stayed balanced, it need a relatively big feet- right now they are quite tiny. Having a muscleir legs is also good, shows that the dragon had the strength to carry itself
A longer/thicker tail serves two purposes- taking the center of mass back (by \"adding\" mass on the back side), and being a balancing tool, like how rope walkers use the arms or a staff- when the dragon reach forward with its neck, the tail is taken back, right now when this dragon will try to take its quite long tail forward, it doesnt really have any mean to keep itself in balance. but it isnt as a necessery as big, strong legs and feet, take for example the ostrich.

flyabilty-
Here I taken into acount that when you see a creatue with wings, you want it to look like it can fly in real life- not like in cartoon when flying creature often have small wings.
To be able to fly the creature need to have a big enough wing, and the power to flap it fast enough. and that it wont break from the resistance of the air or by wind. I think the wing need to be bigger then what you have drawn.
Right now, you wings are more similar to those of a beautiful insect. It nice, really, but doesnt \"convince\" me as a watcher that it is strong enough? The best way of showing strength I know is adding a big, prominent muscles. If you want to keep it completely insect like, you dont need to make one limb with joints who move it- but you still need to show how it mives the wings- which can only be muscles. (A fly moves its wings with its legs, but I dont think you would like this option) (The green lines are drew are still a bit too small in my opinion, but its more or less believeable, I think)

Aestethics/right looking anatomy-
*) You chose that the legs wont start for the lowest part of the hip- which is as fine choice as any. But then you connected the tail to the legs instead of the hip.
*)The feet would look better is you showed the \"toes\" had joints, werent completely straight. Smae can be said about the hands.
*)The clows would look better if something covered them (Scale\\flesh), like you can see wiht our nails- the finger and the claw coming from it shuldnt be equal in width, as I have shown in my tutorial.
*) The torso- As you did it right now, I dont think you used my methods, of guidelining where the chest (rib-cage) and the hips are. Instead you just stucked them together as one shap, which I believe doesnt look as right as when you seperate in your mind the two (and hint it in you drawing)
*) The arms look quite useless being so small. A T-rex is like that, it isnt wrong, but it is less apealing to the eyes
*)Im not sure if you ment it to be shown via shading, but it doesnt really have any shoulders.

I believe I didnt forget anything, anyway hope it was usefull. If something isnt clear yet, please ask ^^
