also eigentlich werden von diesen windmühlen große luftpumpen betrieben, die dann luft in großen tanks komprimieren. Die roboter verwenden dann die druckluft (aus kleineren flaschen natürlich) die dort abgefüllt wird. Die Druckluft treibt die Roboter dann an wie mit einem kleinen kompressormotor.

they maybe use and arcoustic signal to hold the squids on distance. something like a whistle buildt into the propellers.

The design of the mills almost look some kind of fish,

Love your use of color, it completes the picture without cluttering it and detracting from the linework. Reminds me of old European comics like the original color job on the Incal before they made it "better".
