Some of you might recognize this little girly from Coalescent Epiphany ([link] ), well, that's because she's been recycled from it since it kind of died XD

So I'm going to let this upcoming wall of text explain everything you need to know! I'm so excited for this and happy to add to Kanto's list of sexy bitchez!

Name: Piper "Pip" Brinstol
Age: 19
Height/Weight: 5'5/130lbs
Hometown/Region: Fuchsia City/Kanto
Military Faction: Air Force
Extra items: (Displayed) She wears her dog tags as well as one of her late brother's as a sobering reminder that death is just a small mistake away. She also wears a pidgey charm bracelet, a gift from a childhood friend. She's decided it brings her good luck during flights.
(Not Displayed) Her other belongings includes the standard issue flight suit, and a Mareep-skin (bomber) jacket for the chilly, high-altitude flights. Once of the few larger items she brought from home is her tool kit so she can have a look at her own planes with her own tools (note: if she lets you within ten feet of her plane's mechanics, it's a sign she trusts you.)

Personality: Her young age has much to do with Pip's personality. She hasn't met too much hardship in her life, and never battle, so she may seem a little naïve concerning the art or war. She is timid, not one to look for attention and will generally shy away from those who give it to her (save a select few). But despite all this she is a caring creature by nature, almost to a fault. She'll gravitate towards those who are weaker, to those who need help, and offer as much as she can give.

Backstory: Pip's mother became pregnant at a very young age, but the couple married and stayed together for the sake of the baby. Her older brother, Rowan was born, and the family managed to live a comfortable, middle-class life. Pip's mother stayed home to raise Rowan, and her father ran a small commercial plane business to transport people across Kanto. Rowan grew up learning the tools of his father's trade.

When the Great War broke out, Rowan held off until conscription, where his experience had him put into the Air Force. He survived most of the war, barely scraping by, when Mew disabled the automated weaponry. Bad luck timed him to fire his weapon during an aerial maneuver; when the weapons were disabled, a sudden backfire caused his death. His parent's were distraught, and it took them eleven long years before they felt emotionally ready (and needy) to bring a child into their routine.

They continued on their peaceful life, with the addition of Pip. A chubby little baby that they'd hoped would bring light back to their world. Her father took to her immediately, but her mother had a harder time. A mix of PPD and the constant reminder of Rowan has kept her distant all of Pip's life. When her mother could hardly look at her, her father would take her to the skies, teaching her both how to fly and repair planes. He'd often joke that she tried to fly before she could walk.

By then, they were living under a false sense of security, sure that no other war could possibly occur over their life time. They were wrong. When the New War broke out her father (whose vision wasn't good enough to fight as a pilot) took to drinking, her mother rarely left her room and Pip was left alone in their house.
Her childhood friend (Cyril, the brother she never had), was a welcome place for solace, but she could only stay with him for so many hours of the day, and the smell of alcohol on her father's breath and the occasional ghostly apparition of her mother was torture.

She enlisted soon after, her experience in both flying and maintaining planes her ticket into the Air Force. She was sure that at least in war she could escape from watching her parents slowly wither away, and maybe she could come up with some resolution to her brother's death. She's looking for Mew, but like a dog chasing a car, she wouldn't know what to do with it once she caught up. Blinded by ambition, she didn't think of how her decision to leave could have affected Cyril, and how it could have prompted his own enrollment. She'll tell you she's not thrilled to have him on board and in danger, but inside she couldn't be happier. Now all that's left to do is fight, and win the war.

Pokemon bio / personality: As his nature suggests, Bish is a timid little bird, but he has a strong beak and he's not afraid to use it. He's still a hatchling and is not quite flight-capable yet. He doubts himself and his abilities, but Pip can see the potential in the little green ball of down, and she showed it when she chose him out of all the others that were there to pick from. He can communicate telepathically to both pokemon and humans, but seeing as it's not an ability he actively practices, he does so poorly. His voice sounds like a young boy's in a person's mind. Not much else is known about him, being so young, he is kind of like a blank canvas. More will be revealed when Pip's bond with him grows.
