Bottomline, I don't think I'm strong enough of a mystery writer to do both these heroes justice - HOWEVER, if someone were able to provide a well-written fic featuring our friends Sherlock and Conan, I'll be the first to draw it!

Neither am I! I'm glad this prompt came in my challenge meme. XD I know right? I'm so daunted by the fact I have to write a good mystery there's no way I could ever do a full comic for these two unless I have one that's properly amazing!

(great job with Sherlock, btw, and i like their interaction but i feel that Sherlock would be a bit more hostile in it. Even to some one as smart as him. Still great though!)

You know what? You are so right! Haha, rewatching S2 lately reminded me how much of a jerk he can be! XD Compounded with my tendency to always write "too nice" characters and you get a relatively OOC Sherlock.

No big, I tend to forget what a complete ass he can be too--until i rewatch an episode and end up dying of laughter because he's just such a little prick to everyone (especially poor John). Still you got his deductions and thought process spot on--something i can never do--so it's still Sherlock in the end ^__^
