Suggestion, dont shrink your pages like that. You mess up the page dotting technique that way.
Other than that, its pretty decent, go ahead and practice faces a little, her face looks a little bumpy. And well, the guys eyes are a lil high @_@

Thanks for the feedback! These were actually submitted as printed copies to Yen Press so I had no choice but to shrink them for web display. I'm not sure how the pros do it (some complex photography process, I hear) but I'm open to suggestions at this point!

Most would do it on computers now. I know you can use gimp for half tones, but I personally made my own Dot brush for gimp so I can use dots anytime i want to.
I can give you a guide to it if ya want, of course that would take a lil bit of time.

Actually, no, you misunderstand. XD The tones are done in 300DPI which is print quality because they were submitted as printed copies to Yen Press. These images are shrunken for web display hence, the moire. I know of no easy method to produce smaller images for the entire comic (outside of either re-toning or scanning/resizing everything) but if you do, I'd love to know! 
And I used Manga Studio for this. I appreciate the offer.
