I kind of had to look really close into the colored part of the eye to see that "ripple effect" that I wanted to see.

I did however learn how to put eyeshadow on a "naked" eye so thank you for that.

i only jus realised u do this with photoshop, can the same techniques be used for paintshop

I have never used paintshop before, I dont think it would have the same effects as photoshop. But if it has the some brush sets that can be changed to color, hue, and overlay I believe the same can be done.

Nice it explains more what you do with photomanipulation thats why i dont leave long comments on these is because im not sure whats stock and what you did because im not familiar with it myself

Yep, I just picked a simple picture and that i did and tryed to duplicate it becasue i was to stupid to just copy and past the real steps..
Can you tell its not the origional?
