My customized Metro Fade Start Orbs, based on an edit I did to jeremebp's Microsoft Metro Start Orbs. I take no credit for anything other than the color/texture changes I made, all the real credit goes to jeremebp. I use StartIsBack++ which allows for customization options, including the start orb. But a simple search should reveal a standalone program if all you want to change is the start orb.
