Apologies, BTHOT, I wasn't meaning to appear rude... I was just the photographer.
It was the choreographer who organised the "formation"; I only selected viewpoint and exposure and also some input into final positioning of girls'bodies before a whole movement sequence with their arms commenced; which, in this shot, was close to the beginning.
