Over at ConceptArt.org they have a Character of the Week contest (ChoW), and I just happened to be checking it out and thought that this week's contest sounded like a lot of fun.The challenge is to draw a pin-up that a fantasy creature (dwarf, elf, golblin, etc) might have hanging up on their wall.
How could I pass that up?

I've been REALLY busy working on a movie. It's been killing me not to be able to sit down and draw my own stuff! Hopefully I'll have more to post soon! I'll put up the grayscale and color versions of this image as well in the next few days!

Yeah... I think they needed to be there. The girlie alone was nice, but the extra bits just added character to the scene, I thought.

Thanks! I have a friend who is great at drawing hair, and I've always been envious. But it's good to have friends like that, because it pushes you to do better yourself. Someone noticing and complementing the hair makes me feel like I'm having some success in that area! Thanks!

The mud bikini thing just came to me as I was wondering how to dress her. I was thinking "what would a goblin girl wear? Hides, leather, skulls, bits of natural things... mud!!!" And this her outfit was born!
