Description
[UPDATED IMAGE HERE!: www.deviantart.com/lazurez/art…
A special modification of the standard Atlantic Federation "Minute" tank, the Hafen featured a tuned-up engine, and an experimental turret design. Assigned to the Armored Ranger Corp's Squad E, the Hafen would see combat throughout the entire Eastern Theater of the war.
Participating in many major battles, and defeating many seemingly superior tanks (ie. the Imperial Vulcan, Assault Tanks, and Ultimate Tanks) the Hafen would be all but battered to pieces by the time of the secretive Operation Cygnus. Barely functional, the battered remains of the once proud tank would be completely rebuilt into an experimental heavy tank chassis.
Now able to stand up to the vicious Imperial X-0 unit's counterattacks, the Hafen would be laid to rest outside of the Imperial Capital of Schwartzgrad. Suffering through enough damage that should have destroyed it twice over, the Hafen's engine finally gave out after the duel with the Imperial Lophius Super-Heavy tank, and the subsequent sinking of the Federation Snow Cruiser Centurion.
With the help of Colonel Klaus Walz of the Imperial Army, the ruined hull of the Hafen was shipped to the Gallian City of Hafen, the home of it's crew, where it now rests outside of the Miller Ragnite Company. Though salvageable, the Hafen was left alone, as a memorial to the nearly 10 million lives lost (military and civilian) during Operation Northern Cross and Operation Cygnus.
