Even with the best evacuating plan, some people are pound to be left behind as the omni started to rampage through the towns. Here's where Chase steps in. With his specific abilities of being able to break into any place in your average town not to mention his parkour abilities, sneasel stayed behind in the omni ran towns. When the official evacuation teams leave with huge groups of people, Chase kept looking for those left behind, mostly orphans and people who aren't registered citizens.

He also adapted to fight the enemy you can't kill. Chase decided that the best course of action it to pin them in the walls or ground and freeze them over, that leaves the immobilized for an hour or two. Quick and stealthy like a proper thief.
