[link] Thank you so much to !janejayne for letting me paint her picture "you really got a hold"I thought it was so stunning and she ( the woman in the original is named Cody. :3) is such a beautiful model.
Though I kind of feel bad, I feel like I used this as stock..
This really was a joy to do, because I felt it was so calming and relaxing and I really went all out on this, and I hope I improved from my last picture.
Feel free to critique! Thank you guys for all the watches and all the faves, I really really appreciate your support!

I CANNOT Believe this! Here I am sitting at school (lol sneaking on deviantart) and I see that I got a daily deviation I was SO happy I started freaking out in class. XDD Omg Thank you SOOOOO much everyone you really made a girl quite happy! ^_^

Stunning - not so much because of the well-drawn wings and body, but more for the atmosphere, which I would not have expected from a B&W-esque image. They have their own set of unique contexts, "feelings" to display, but I'd usually associate something like this drawing's "feeling" with dark blue tones or a photograph.
Thus, well done for conveying the feeling so well outside of the usual scope (*my* usual scope).

Also, I agree completely with what a previous commenter (2nd before mine) about the rain!
It's a critical part of the atmosphere of the picture and indeed, a gentle rain spells relaxation for me as well.

Try to ignore everything I say
The lightest shade of violent in the aura is a nice touch
It gives a relaxing feel to a piece that might be misconceived as dismal
To me it says βBreathe Deepβ
The pose mixs innocence mixed with a little
bit of maturity but isn't mared by it
the maturity focuses more on the peace instead
of the innocence a younger model would convey
there are some pervy bits in places but they are entirely
out of the focus and aren't even conveyed as
pervy bits
they simply look like thats how the clothes folded
Kudos.
her hair is solid and believable
the style has a strong realisism while maintaining
its own distinct style
and i think that's awesome sauce
the tuff of hair sticking up adds to the realism
but to me seems a little misplaced
the rain is great and really adds depth to the piece
the rain is gentle and is easily seen as such
and enhancing the relaxing tone of the piece
I don't know why many people dislike the rain
but in my thoughts, a gentle rain
such as this one
is extremely relaxing
...

the first time was a lot better so ... yeah
sorry if it comes out crap
i just don't have it in me to write the same thing

Wow, it looks so wonderful! As always, great job with her hair! Her legs are so beautiful, they look incredibly realistic and shiny. Maybe the wings are a little thin at the base, but that's all. I really like the grayscale, it gives it a lot more intensity. Great job! ~
