Wow, according to this reference it´s really amazing. I´m also a musician and I think this is what a raw emotion of enjoying what you do on the stage should look like. Beautiful. You caught everything from it with your pencil.
And yes, I often use photos or at least I´m getting inspired from other artwork I like and try to practise by drawing them in my own way adding something new.
