I imagine Hawke fussing over Anders a lot, as he is an amazing healer but sucks at catering to his own needs, especially eating and sleeping. So Hawke would always invite Anders over for dinner, but Anders being the busy body he is, would always miss dinner and Hawke would get frustrated.
And if Anders wonβt come to the food, the food will come to Anders. Via Hawke Delivery.
And then Hawke will make sure his darling apostate gets some sleep later

I think he complains about everyone, though I have never romanced Sebastian, so I do not know if he complain about him.
If I remember right it was always something like this for each one.
Fenris: he is coldhearted murderer who hates mages for a bad reason.
Merrill: She is an idiot that play with dangerous powers that will put you in danger
Isabela: She will break your heart

Then again he also complains about himself, denying himself love and telling Hawke outright he will break his heart. So I think this might be a 'feelings/love' in general thing. Justice is a spirit and doesn't understand the concept of love I guess

Funny is not the word I'd use.
I suppose it is also party because the Justice part of Anders only thinks about 'the cause' and I guess Hawke is the only one who is remotely supportive. Any romantic attachment is a kind of distratcion that is not allowed in Justice's eyes, so that might also be a thing.
Whatever, everyone in this game is kind of emotionally stunted. They all fit together in a way.
