But... I haven't understood yet a thing: some utents said that Putata is appeared in the anime too... how is possible? If you know, can you explain me this?

Well, there is a magazine in Japan, called Keroro Land if I'm right. And fans of the show could send in their Keronian's designs.
And it seems enerunaru did too, and Mine Yoshizaki liked her designs and decided to put those Keronians into the anime ^^
To be precise, Putata belongs to Mine Yoshizaki now, but enerunaru made him up 8"D>
