A character from Ragnarok Online the Manga by Myung Jin Lee. The manga isn't as exciting as the game, but the characters in the manga are pretty much interesting. Especially the VILLAINS!!!
Here's one of the villains in the manga, Bijou, a high class witch. Eerie-ly evil... sumhow she reminds me a lot about marionette... 
my first successful oekaki! *yay*
altho not so good, but i am quite satisfied... ^^ Took me 41 minutes to finish this crap. Gah!!
